We all know that getting in shape can be a challenge, so we at SASA have created the Soccer Moms Club. Soccer Moms Club is a fitness group for all women who need a push and/or motivation! Our goal is to make exercising fun and challenging so that we all can stay on track. Soccer Moms Club is a community where woman come together, workout and help each other reach our fitness goals! Soccer Moms Club meets three days a week for one hour. During that hour we will go through a variety of workouts that are designed to push everyone, no matter what fitness level.

Being an athlete the majority of my life made me unaware of the challenges of getting and staying in shape. Since my competitive career ended, I began facing those challenges asking “what do you mean I can’t have fried chicken or ice cream without gaining five pounds?” I had to reteach myself everything I knew about dieting and exercising. I don’t need to be in Division 1 soccer shape nor do I want to be, but like you, I want to be healthy and fit. I had to learn what workouts had the best results and what and when to eat. Through this journey I realized one of the biggest things for me was I missed being part of a team. On a team others held me accountable, pushed me, competed with me, ultimately making me better. This is why I started Soccer Moms Club. It is a group for women who just need someone to hold them accountable, to compete with, to support and challenge them and to motivate them. Its a club where we treat each other like teammates and are only as strong as our weakest link.
About the Program:
Soccer Moms Club will meet 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), beginning the week of May 10-16. Our hour long session will get your heart rate up, tone your body and get you leaner. Sessions will be outdoors at Chaparral Park in Scottsdale. Each 3 day session costs $50. Payments will be collected the first day and credit card, check, paypal and cash are all accepted.
Session 1: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-9 a.m.
Session 2: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7-8 p.m.
Sessions are capped at 15 people. Lastly, you do not have to be a soccer mom. Anyone looking to get in shape is welcome to join us, work hard and have fun! So bring your friends and let’s get fit!
This is a new addition to SASA. I am not set in stone at running sessions at Chaparral Park. I am looking forward to your suggestions on additional locations and times.I am also creating an interest list and based upon interest and sign ups, I will relocate sessions. I look forward to hearing from and working with you.
